Athletics

All TK- 8 Home School PRISC students are eligible to participate in sports offered through Paso Robles Elementary and Middle Schools. For Elementary School PRISC has an agreement with PAT Buttler. For Middle School please pick the school site that is most convenient for you in accordance with where you live within the district. Please click on the link(s) below to go to their respective Athletics website.
 
All athletes must complete an Athletic Packet to participate. Parents must complete the packet and hand it in at their school site. No athletes may be allowed to practice or compete without a packet on file in the office. One packet will be utilized for all sports. Filling out a packet for each sport is unnecessary unless information needs to be updated. 

Please download the athletic packet below, print, sign the appropriate pages, and submit it to your school site.
 
Todos los estudiantes PRISC de TK-8 Home School son elegibles para participar en los deportes ofrecidos a través de las escuelas primarias e intermedias de Paso Robles. Para la Escuela Primaria PRISC tiene un acuerdo con PAT Buttler. Para la escuela intermedia, elija el sitio escolar que sea más conveniente para usted de acuerdo con el lugar donde vive dentro del distrito. Elementary School Athletics:

Middle School Athletics:

All athletes must complete the following steps prior to practicing or competing on an athletic team:
 
  1. Complete the Middle School Athletic Packet and return it to Athletic Director.
  2. Obtain a physical with the doctor's signature on the CIF Physical Form (included in the athletic packet)
  3. Maintain at least a 2.0 overall GPA

Please download the athletic packet below, print, sign the appropriate pages, and submit it to your school site (including physical).  Must have all pages completed before being allowed to participate.
 
 
Todos los atletas deben completar los siguientes pasos antes de practicar o competir en un equipo atlético:
  1. Complete el paquete deportivo de la escuela intermedia y devuélvalo al director deportivo.
  2. Obtener un examen físico con la firma del médico en el formulario físico CIF (incluido en el paquete deportivo)
  3. Mantener al menos un GPA general de 2.0
